System inspection per request, 5kw of 15kw down due to bad heat sequencer. Single stage heat sequencer replaced. Also replaced non-programable thermostat. Unit now working efficiently.
We installed a 3 ton 15 seer cooling system and gas furnace. We set a new line and cover, new registers, a new return air grille, and thermostat. We placed a 10 year warranty on the parts, a 20 year heat exchange, and a 1 year labor warranty.
Checked Ruud 100,000 BTU gas furnace and cleaned the flame sensor, checked all the limit switches, Forced draft assembly, Fan and Housing, gas valves, and Thermostat. Found that the system is working properly.
Checked the A/C unit. It was not cooling well and found the unit only getting a 12-15 degree split. Checked freon levels, good. Replaced warranty TXV and changed fan speed to use with a 2 and a half ton condenser and got a 17-18 degree split. Went back with Brent, and the unit was still not cooling properly so we replaced the 2 and a half ton with a 3 ton condenser.
Cleaned out primary drain assembly on central A/C unit.
Performed a Tune-Up and the unit was working properly
We installed a 4ton Comfortmaker 15kw Electric Air Handler.
HVAC Service Call/ We found the outdoor condenser not running, so we replaced a 45/5 Capacitor.
We found the Air Handler running, but the condenser was not. There was a broken 24v wire at the condenser unit so we repaired it and the unit is now working properly.
Did a thorough check of both the Air Handler and the condenser and the coils were clean on both. We also checked the volts and amp draw of all motors as well as checked both fans.
We found the outdoor fan was not running, so we tested and found a bad run capacitor. We then replaced the 35 MFD Capacitor and added 0.5 lbs of R22 to the system.
The outdoor unit was trying to start the compressor repeatedly and the fan was not running fully. We tested and found a bad motor run capacitor, so we replaced it.
HVAC Service Call/ We removed and replaced a 60x5 MFD capacitor
We removed and replaced a 45x5 MFD capacitor, washed the condenser coil and checked the freon in the system.
